check process usually takes between 24 and 48 hours after having received your documents.

Passport
Please remove your ID from any protective sleeves, wallets, or plastic covers.
For passports, both the photo page and facing page must be shown in full and signed.
The document must be clear and fully legible.
The copy must show the entire document, no corners or edges missing.

Drivers Licence

The following are all accepted: Utility bills such as gas, electricity, or water, Council Tax bill, Official
government correspondence.
The correspondence must be no more than 3 months old.
We accept electronic copies (such as PDFs) and high-quality photos.
The document must show your name and full address.
The entire document must be shown in full.
Other information that may be required
Proof of earnings such as payslips,
Full bank statements,
Any other sources of income that fund your gaming,
Proof of payment method.
To send in your documents
My Account - Log in to your gaming account and upload your documents using the verification
portal.
By Email - Reply to the email we sent requesting your documents with your attached digital
photos or electronic copies.
